Loulu Hawaiʻi Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US States and Territories. At this time we only ship to US addresses, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Seattle, Washington. Please allow 3 to 5 business days based on service selected at check-out. We ship via Fedex Ground unless expedited shipping is selected (available at an additional charge).
We carefully pack every order, but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us by emailing customercare@louluhawaii.com within 7 days of receipt.
RETURNS
Our Return and Exchange Policy
We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things do not work out and we want you to be satisfied.
Items can only be returned to their original point of purchase. If you purchased a Loulu Hawaiʻi product and wish to return the item, please return the product to the store or website where it was purchased. Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns from products purchased at other retail locations, department stores, or elsewhere.
For items purchased on www.louluhawaii.com, we are happy to accept return products within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition. Special orders and sale items are excluded.
To Initiate a Return
If you are unhappy with your order and would like to initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@louluhawaii.com with your complete order information.
When returning an item, package goods securely and keep a record of your return method. Please include a copy of your original order with your return.
Send tracking information to customercare@louluhawaii.com. We are not be responsible if items are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be reimbursed.
