Shipping policy
Where Does Loulu Ship?
We currently ship to US addresses only and do not ship to PO Boxes or outside of the US.
All orders ship from our Washington State warehouse.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days based on service selected at check-out.
We ship via Fedex Ground unless expedited shipping is selected (available at an additional charge).
We carefully pack every order, but sometimes damage can occur in transit.
If your product arrives damaged, please report it to us by emailing customercare@louluhawaii.com within 7 days of receipt.
Our Return and Exchange Policy
We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things do not work out and we want you to be satisfied.
Items can only be returned to their original point of purchase. If you purchased a Loulu product from another outlet, please return to the store or website where purchased.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns from products purchased at other retail locations, department stores, or elsewhere.
For items purchased on www.louluhawaii.com, we are happy to accept return products within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition.
Special orders and sale items are excluded.
To Initiate a Return
If you are unhappy with your order and would like to initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@louluhawaii.com with your complete order information. When returning an item, package goods securely and keep a record of your return method.
Please include a copy of your original order with your return.
Send tracking information to customercare@louluhawaii.com. We will not be responsible if items are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be reimbursed.
